• Business plan (define product, intellectual property, and 2 year financials)
• Technical expertise necessary to develop the product or service
• Start-up & seed capital to launch your start up
• Speak & write English
• No criminal record or terrorist affiliations
• Arrange a face-to-face meeting (travel fee)

 Proposal (If I accept your business plan):

• Set up a Georgia company (fee)
• Set up US bank accounts, you transfer start-up capital
• Secure work visa (fee)
• Equity/stock ownership agreement
• Immigrate to Georgia
• Transfer of seed capital (you)
• Launch start-up

 Going Forward:

• Update & revise business plan
• Lease office & lab space
• Build management and technical team
• Perform research, build, test, market & sell or license
• Agree on an end plan/exit strategy
• Raise additional rounds of capital as needed
• Intellectual property & transaction legal services (fee Mat Grell, minimum 5 hours per week)
• Mat Grell to be a permanent member of Board of Directors
