Visa Candidate Requirements:
- Business plan (define product, intellectual property, and 2 year financials)
- Technical expertise necessary to develop the product or service
- Start-up & seed capital to launch your start up
- Speak & write English
- No criminal record or terrorist affiliations
- Arrange a face-to-face meeting (travel fee)
Proposal (If I accept your business plan):
- Set up a Georgia company (fee)
- Set up US bank accounts, you transfer start-up capital
- Secure work visa (fee)
- Equity/stock ownership agreement
- Immigrate to Georgia
- Transfer of seed capital (you)
- Launch start-up
Going Forward:
- Update & revise business plan
- Lease office & lab space
- Build management and technical team
- Perform research, build, test, market & sell or license
- Agree on an end plan/exit strategy
- Raise additional rounds of capital as needed
- Intellectual property & transaction legal services (fee Mat Grell, minimum 5 hours per week)
- Mat Grell to be a permanent member of Board of Directors
